Scheduling & Appointment Policy

  • All service visits must be scheduled in advance through our website, by phone, or direct message.
  • Appointments are booked in arrival windows (e.g., 10-12), not exact times.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. You will be notified as early as possible.
  • A minimum service fee will apply to all on-site visits.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a minimum service charge.

Pet Waste Policy

  • Please ensure yards are clear of pet waste prior to our arrival.
  • For the safety of our team and the protection of equipment, we cannot service areas with excessive dog waste.
  • If pet waste prevents work from being completed, a trip charge may apply, and the visit may be rescheduled.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We accept Zelle (325-660-9416), check, or card payments.
  • A $25 convenience fee may apply to card payments processed through QuickBooks. This fee is charged by the processor, not Dyess Irrigation.
  • Invoices unpaid after 10 days are subject to a 10% late fee.
  • Unpaid balances may result in delayed service on future appointments.
